The CyberHub PGH initiative is the cornerstone of cybersecurity education and talent in Southwestern Pennsylvania.

We’re uniting education and industry to build a seamless talent pipeline, from kindergarten through advanced career reskilling, that fuels the region’s growing demand for cybersecurity expertise.

By breaking down silos and eliminating duplication, we’re driving coordination, amplifying impact, and positioning Pittsburgh as a national leader in cybersecurity education and workforce development and positioning our region for continued economic growth.

Nice to Meet You

I’m Kayleigh Del Cotto, Associate Director of Tech Training Initiatives at InnovatePGH, and I’ll be leading the CyberHub initiative on behalf of our team.

I’m a graduate of Eastern Michigan University and the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh. Over the past 11 years, I’ve worked in Pittsburgh’s nonprofit sector in a variety of roles focused on connecting job seekers with employment opportunities, whether they are new Pittsburghers, individuals reentering the workforce, or young people starting their careers. My experience includes refugee resettlement with AJAPO and Hello Neighbor, workforce policy and youth programming at Partner4Work, and most recently, strategic partnerships at Landforce.

I’m excited to bring this experience to CyberHub PGH and continue working to bridge the gap between employer needs and job seeker placement in family-sustaining careers.
