Workforce

The Workforce Working Group brings together cybersecurity employers and training providers to: 

• Facilitate communication between employers and training providers to align Cybersecurity curriculum with real-world job requirements. 
• Identify and address training gaps as well as HR practices that impact equitable hiring. 
• Promote hands-on learning opportunities to build job-ready skills. 
• Advance skills-based hiring practices to widen access to cybersecurity careers and recognize talent beyond traditional credentials.
